Services

Your best friend deserves attention…compassionate, patient attention from someone who understands them. My clients care deeply for their four-legged friends, and I honor that level of commitment with my own sense of commitment and responsibility.

When I come to your door to meet you for the first time, I will not make a fuss about Fluffy or Schnookie…I will wait quietly for your four-legged to come to me, when the time is right and I've been throroughly sniffed and watched. I build a trust relationship with the animals, so we can respect each other and work together with the highest comfort level. Schnookie should never feel stress when I arrive.

I do not accept cell phone calls when I am working with the animals. My focused attention is on the animal I am visiting. Like humans, they crave my undivided time and sense when I am preoccupied or distracted. As my human partners and friends deserve my focus, so do my four-legged clients.

I am able to administer pills, liquid oral medications, topical treatments, subcutaneous fluids, and intra-muscular injections. Other medications or therapies may be possible—just give me a call.

Office Hours

Banjo

We do visits at any time, wholly dependent upon animal needs, and without restrictions.

We will receive and act on any phone messages or email received between noon and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Messages or email received outside of those hours will wait until the next office hours for action. Please note that even if we do receive your cancellation, fees may still apply.

Folks returning from out of town are an exception to the office hour rules, and we do need you to call us as soon as you return home. When we know someone is returning, we will scan messages for news of their arrival, and failing any word, we will, as always, continue with visits until we receive notice that the animals are no longer in our care.

Also, due to the way we route our calls through various phones, text messaging is quite unreliable. We have disabled it. Better this way than to miss an urgent message from one of you, and fail to be there for an animal who needs us. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but can find no working solution other than to rely on phones and email.
