Your best friend deserves attention…compassionate, patient attention from someone who understands them. Our clients care deeply for their four-legged friends, and we honor that level of commitment with our own sense of commitment and responsibility.

When we come to your door to meet you for the first time, we will not make a fuss about Fluffy or Schnookie…we will wait quietly for your four-legged to come to us, when the time is right and we've been throroughly sniffed and watched. We build a trust relationship with the animals, so we can respect each other and work together with the highest comfort level. Schnookie should never feel stress when we arrive.

We do not accept cell phone calls when we are working with the animals. Our focused attention is on the animal we are visiting. Like humans, they crave our undivided time and sense when we are preoccupied or distracted. As our human partners and friends deserve our focus, so do our four-legged clients.

Office Hours

We do visits at any time, fully dependent upon animal needs, and without restrictions.

Due to the nature of our work, we will not pick up the phone or respond to email messages when working with animals. Rest assured, we will respond promptly to any email or phone messages received as soon as we are free to do so.

For cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Folks enlisting our services while out of town should bear in mind that we will anticipate news of your safe arrival home and, failing any word, we will continue with visits until we receive notice that the animals are no longer in our care.
